What to expect from the day: Isla Saona is not visited like an ordinary beach but as a full day combining navigation, stops at sea and time on the island. Departure is in the morning from the Bávaro–Punta Cana area, with the return in the afternoon. It is a long day in the sun and water, so rest the night before and have a good breakfast.

The crossing: the transfer to the island is by sea. Depending on the option, it is done by catamaran, by speedboat, or by combining both: a relaxed leg with music on the catamaran and a faster, more direct leg by boat. Each option changes the rhythm of the day, not the destination.

The natural pool: one of the most memorable stops. It is a sandbank in open sea where the water is shallow and bright turquoise, and where starfish are often visible. They are living, protected animals: observe them without taking them out of the water or handling them.
